Returns & Eligibility

 


We accept returns on eligible ready-made items under the following conditions:

 

  • Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned with all original packaging

 


All returns must be approved before being sent back.

 


 

 

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

 


All custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale.


Due to the unique nature of these pieces, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once production has begun.


If there is a verified issue with craftsmanship, we will work with you to resolve it appropriately.

 


 

 

Refunds

 


Approved returns may be eligible for:

 

  • Store credit, or

  • Refund to original payment method (at our discretion)

 


Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

 


 

 

Exchanges

 


We may offer exchanges on eligible items, subject to availability.


Exchanges must follow the same conditions as returns.

 


 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 


If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

 

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

 


We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 


 

 

Non-Returnable Items

 


The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

 

  • Custom or personalized jewelry

  • Worn or used items

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Final sale items (if applicable)

 

 


 

 

Cancellations

 


Orders may only be canceled before production or processing begins.


Once an order has entered production (especially custom pieces), it cannot be canceled.

 


 

 

Return Shipping

 


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

 


 

 

Chargebacks & Disputes

 


We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.
